A bank referral and two equal shares

“Speak to him using my name.” That is how a message referring someone to a DenizBank manager ends in a WhatsApp chat saved under Mustafa Sarıgül’s name. A page from the Bavarian Capital document provides for equal €12,500 contributions from Campinar Capital GmbH and Ömer Sarıgül. Stated total share capital: €25,000. Additional correspondence dated 22 April–10 May 2024 concerns identity checks and preparations for opening the account and paying in capital.

I spoke to the DenizBank manager this morning. Speak to him using my name.

Reply: “Thank you, chairman.” (Translated from Turkish.)

Sources and dates

The original document screenshot held in the archive; it is not the complete document or a signed copy.

K-002: The message’s own date heading is not visible. A 26 January 2024 heading is partly visible below it; this does not establish the date of the message above. The archive classifies the record under January 2024. The contact saved as Mustafa Sarıgül does not by itself establish the WhatsApp account holder’s identity. Identity and private contact details are concealed in the publication image; the message and reply are preserved.

K-007: The image, classified in the archive under 8 April 2024, does not include the document’s date or signature pages. The stated contributions do not confirm company registration or payment of capital. The images have not undergone independent forensic authentication.

K-008: The five-page publication PDF compiles original WhatsApp and email screenshots with personal details concealed; it is not an original email file or a complete chat transcript. The correspondence of 22 April–10 May 2024 concerns identity checks and preparations for opening an account and paying in capital; it does not confirm that the account was opened, a loan approved or capital paid. The €1 million request under “Lulu” on pages 3 and 4 appears under a separate heading in the same email, distinct from Bavarian Capital’s account-opening process and is not evidence of a loan granted to that company.
